There are no additional fees for store brands to offer the Hands-free Shopping service.

Most product purchases can leverage the Hands-free technology, except for luxury jewellery, watches, or items over £10,000, which are excluded from this service. Specific terms and conditions apply, including additional fees for delivery services based on weight or size.
Technology
Shoppers complete purchases as usual and book a drop session via Dropit's Web App—no downloads needed.
After completing quick prompts on their mobile device, shoppers leave their bags at the register and continue shopping.
When ready to leave, bags are delivered to their address or collected at an on-site designated point.
Guest Services securely collect and store bags until they're retrieved by the shopper or courier.

Operations
The Dropit system notifies the Guest Services team when a drop is ready to be collected and where it is located. Store assistants only need to put a security seal on the bags and then simply wait for them to be collected by Guest Services. Stores do not need to use or handle any technology or system, it is done automatically when a shopper books a drop.
Security seal is a tamper proof barcoded sticker used to secure guests purchases. It is added on the shopping bag during the drop process and ensures guest items are secure and tracked throughout the day.
Security seals are provided by Dropit and tenants can request them from the Guest Services team member.
Collection On-Site: Shoppers can collect their bags on-site when they finish shopping (generally, collection is at or near the Guest Services unit).
Delivery: At participating sites, guests also have the option to have their bags delivered to their home or hotel. Delivery insurance is included (up to £10,000), and Dropit is integrated with the top parcel and courier providers across EMEA. The Mall Property would need a local commercial courier account (new or existing) and be the shipper and exporter of record if international shipping is required.

Support and Training
The Dropit platform includes a drop-to-delivery tracking system and up to £10,000 insurance (delivery only). Every shopper must also take a picture of their receipt to complete the drop and protect all items.
Dropit currently is offered in English, Dutch, German, French, Chinese and Italian. Dropit can support more languages upon request.
